pH Balance & Enzyme Therapy
A common misunderstanding about pH is that we are either alkaline or acidic. Many often say they are too acidic and want to know how to become more alkaline. First, how do they know their pH in the first place? Then, is it really true that being alkaline is healthier than being acidic? The answers are that they don't really know their pH, and that a "moving" balance is the healthiest state.
Transformation Enzymes researcher, Lisa Helfrich, lays out the science behind pH balance in the body, and how supplementation with enzymes can improve your body's ability to regulate this crucial factor for health. >>> MORE
Free your mind with the Four Agreements
From ancient Mexican Toltec teachings, Don Miguel Ruiz, a well-known shaman, has concisely presented four easy-to-remember rules to live by. As with any mental or emotional practice, it TAKES practice and some effort, but the rewards are far greater than the work.
Look at these agreements as a challenge to yourself to live every day:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Words
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
3. Don't Make Assumptions
4. Always Do Your Best
After a few days, you'll realize the powerful potential of these for self-liberation and morbid thinking. (Get the book!)
Achieve peace of mind with your decisions
1. Write down the issue at hand.
2. Identify as many options as possible.
3. Pull away from the process and pray.
4. Start playing out consequences of your options, eliminating them one by one.
5. Bounce a couple of your top options off of wise people both inside and outside your organization.
6. Do a heart check. This involves looking at:
My motive-"Why am I doing this?"
My responsibility-"Should I be doing this?"
My emotional status-"Can I feel right about doing this?"
7. Make a decision.
8. Hold to that decision.
