The Meermar Lineage is a "network" of several hundred beings who share the same Oversoul, all of whom are Master Entraining Resonators, whose mission is to entrain areas of non- or dis-ordered consciousness to the Universal Broadcast of Oneness. The Lineage effectively accomplishes this by an advanced technology with an array of refractors, resonators, amplifiers and dynamos. The Lineage's greatest invention, the Meermar Vortex Refractor, is in use on hundreds of planets throughout the Universe, maintaining a Unity of Ecstatic Universal Creation as Broadcast by The One Creator.

Over the past 250,000 years four beings of the Meermar Lineage have come online to assist in the human DNA re-coding project and the major ascension project of the entire Earth-Sol System. It is the most ambitious project in the 200-million-year history of the Lineage.

This agent/reporter re-contacted the Meermar Lineage on S'Om in 1972, although I did not at the time know that's who it was due to extreme dimensional density. Meermar guided me through extensive organizational studies and experience, and in 1985, revealed how his life was intertwined with my own, personally showing me the history of a project He had completed on Tetrone, a planet in the Crab Nebula Star System. The project on Tetrone lasted approximately 150 local years and had the purpose of re-balancing the planet's energies unbalanced by random low frequencies affecting the mental plane emanating from a giant black hole, the influence of which Tetrone's system had entered. The black hole attracted lesser developed beings and energies that entered Tetrone's planetary system's energy field and caused upheavals. Meermar was in charge of rebalancing and refining Tetrone's energy field by reactivating the previously existing Vortex Refractor. This was a minor project and nowhere near the complexity of the Earth project.

He indicated that a similar 250,000-year project, although much more elaborate, must be completed in the Earth-Sol System (or "Placentia," as he puts it), over the next 1,000 years. The Tetrone Meermar is a soul extension segment of this reporting agent, who is in turn a soul extension of the Lineage from No'a (near the Galactic Center). About 50,000 years ago, Meermar of No'a, externalized a soul segment on Earth for the purposes of reconaissance, and as a vibrational broadcasting unit to anchor and resonate His energies in the Earth realm. Civilizations at that time were undergoing an upheaval, and certain dark forces were creating galactic resonances of acutely disordered consciousness. The beings directing these forces had recently precipitated into the 3D realm directly out of a black hole that was in the vicinity of Earth at that time. Although Meermar of No'a had been beaming universal harmonizing resonances to the Earth system for over 200,000 years, these black hole entities were bent on creating chaos in Earth's planetary system and actively worked to deflect and subvert these broadcasts. Indeed, this led to the destruction of Maldek (between Mars and Jupiter), and the environmental holocausts on Mars and Venus. The Earth agent "soul segment" continued to reincarnate through several hundred physicalities until the 1932 A.D. lifetime, when the soul was called to Tetrone by The Lineage to re-activate the Vortex Refractor, and then in turn externalized the current soul segment on Earth in March, 1953, with full memory of the 50,000-year reconaissance mission.

Approximately 1000 years ago, the No'a Lineage needed an opportunity to further amplify resonances on Earth to assist in the "quickening" of human DNA, and so, called the Earth Agent to carry out the S'Om mission. He would then re-externalize himself back to Earth, adding the energies of S'Om to the accomplishment of the Earth system entrainment and ascension mission. The S'Om Planetary System Council had requested the Lineage construct and administer a Vortex Refractor to simplify that system's heirarchy, so as to release its creators to their work in other realms. This provided the opportunity the Lineage needed to amplify and accelerate the Earth mission.

Approximately 5100 years ago a "transformational beam" began radiating from Galactic Center speeding up DNA development in humans. This beam is about to change into a "synchronicity beam." This new beam is twenty-one-fold and resonates human chakras bringing them into re-organization via DNA recoding. Thus, the Spectrum System is made available to make this shift more understandable and less traumatic.

Meermar has been outpicturing relevant portions of this "Spectrum System" to various beings on this planet for approximately 10,000 years helping to align them to the beam shifts. He has indicated to us the upcoming beam shift (by mid-August, 1992) is best aided by media link-up, as it is a synchronistic beam delivering as its end product complete telepathic rapport with Galactic Central Control, thus initiating Earth humans into the culture of the Galactic Federation. Hence, Meermar suggested we write up the information in a new form that is concentrated and easily useable to individuals and groups of any kind, and transmit this information over some kind of new system [NOTE: Now known as "the internet" - 8.9.2K].

Thousands of beings working directly with the Galactic Central Heirarchy have either materialized or are directly working through many humans on Earth at this time. Meermar indicates that Earth and the general area of this solar system is one of four Universal "sore spots" requiring much catalyzing energy from Galactic Centers, and an unprecedented FOUR entities of the Meermar Lineage.

Meermar states, "This is the dawn of a Golden Age for mankind. It is inevitable. The choice as to whether the full shining of this Golden Age will come about through further pain and suffering or come about through joyful, balanced, conscious work is ultimately up to every single person personally. Those who are conscious of their energies are those who are dissolving the bonds of pain and suffering. Those who refuse to become conscious cinch their bonds even tighter.
