Although this may be old news to some of you, but I was impressed with a new fluorescent light bulb that eliminates odors, viruses, airborne bacteria, and other such home air pollution. It's called Odor-Eliminating Fluorescent Bulb
from SmartHome, and it really is a great idea. Reviews about it have been rave, and I ordered a few. The technology has been well-tested and applied to all sorts of commercial applications, including hospitals, food production facilities and such. It's based on the oxidizing effect that happens with fluorescent light interacts with titanium dioxide. The titanium dioxide nanoparticles are coated on the inside of a fluorescent bulb, so when the bulb is turned on it starts oxidizing the air around it.
On a separate subject... So much has been written and promoted about the "latest breakthroughs" in treating cancer, it's truly hard to find anything really new about an approach to this stubborn disease. Maybe this is because we've all been looking at it completely wrong. I came across a great article summing up a very hopeful and inspiring hypothesis about cancer (and really any disease), written by a health professional. In the context of "everything is energy," and the body as an energy field, the conclusions reached explain everything that is puzzling about cancer. I recommend spreading this article around--especially to doctors. I just makes a lot of sense. [LINK]

Food Signatures: They Do What They Are...
Early herbalists used the shape and makeup of various plants, fruits and vegetables to tell them what they would be good for. Modern observation and research about this way of looking strikingly bears this out. It is now well known by biologists that the shape of a virus or protein is what creates a response in the human body...
- A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and science shows that carrots greatly enhance the blood flow to and function of the eyes.
- A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.
- Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are a profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
- A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
- Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
- Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
- Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials
- from all of the body cells They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

What is the Hold Up?
Ah, a new clean slate of 12 months. But what will make this year different than last? Our resident Life Coach and Synergy Specialist, Charly Emery breaks down the barriers to success. Could it be fear of failure? Perfectionism? Or just plain laziness? For some of us, myself included, getting started can be a difficult part of the process. With such a great opportunity to set the stage for the rewards you want, why do you suppose it's so hard initiating the process of creating them? From working with my clients in private sessions, here are a few reasons I've uncovered for why they've struggled with taking action; see if any of them resonate with you." >>>> MORE

FREE DOWNLOAD: WOMEN'S HEALTH
By Dr. DicQie Fuller-Looney,
Women's Health is a definitive look at the relationship between digestive enzymes and hormones, and how hormonal imbalances in women can be traced back to enzyme deficiencies. This book is a logical, no-nonsense evaluation of the current medical approaches that overlook digestive enzymes as an ultimate solution. Dr. Fuller-Looney makes her case by showing that the symptoms of protein malabsorption are the same as the symptoms of menopause.
